Plain English, no lawyer-speak. This is how we handle anything you send us, and what happens to it when we stop working together.

We don't share your data with anyone
We do not sell, rent, trade or pass client data to any third party. Not to advertisers, not to data brokers, not to other agencies. What you give us is used to do your job and nothing else.
When we finish, you get everything back
When our work together ends, we transfer all your data, files and accounts to you, and delete the copies we hold. You are not left depending on us to keep hold of your own material.
We work for you and only you
We are not under any company or agency. We do not work for, under, or on behalf of anyone else. When you hire Mosthigh Multiservice, you are dealing with us directly, and your information stays with us.
Who we are
Mosthigh Multiservice is a media, tech and marketing business based in Medie, Accra, Greater Accra, Ghana. You can reach us on 0544 157 166 or at info@mosthighmultiservice.com about anything on this page, including a request to delete your data.
What we collect
Only what we need to answer you and do the work:
- When you contact us — your name, phone number, email address and whatever you write in the message.
- When you book or order — the same, plus the service or product you asked for, and any artwork or images you upload for a print job.
- When you sign in — booking confirmation uses your Google account. We see your name, email address and profile picture. We never see your Google password.
- When you leave feedback — your name and your review, which may be shown publicly on this site. That is the point of it, so only write what you are happy for others to read.
- During a project — whatever you hand over so we can do the job: logos, photos, copy, and sometimes access to accounts such as a website host, Google Business Profile or a social media page.
What we do with it
We use it to reply to you, quote your job, do the work, deliver it and keep records of what was agreed. We do not use your data to build profiles, and we do not send marketing messages to people who only ever asked us a question.
Payments
Payments are taken by Mobile Money or bank transfer, handled by your bank or mobile money provider. We never see or store your PIN, full card number or banking password.
Account access we are given
Some jobs mean you give us access to your own accounts. We use that access only for the work agreed, we do not share the credentials with anyone else, and we hand the account back and remove our own access when the work ends. If you would rather change the password yourself at the end, tell us and we will confirm once we are out.
How long we keep things
Project files and correspondence are kept while we are working together and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you need something re-sent. Once you tell us the relationship has ended, we transfer everything to you and delete our copies, as set out at the top of this page. Where we are legally required to keep a record of a transaction, we keep only that record and nothing more.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to show you what we hold about you, correct it, send it to you, or delete it. Message us on WhatsApp or email and we will deal with it — the same day where we can, and within a few working days otherwise. You do not need to give a reason.
If you left a public review and want it taken down, ask and we will remove it from the site.
Children
This site is meant for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has sent us their details, tell us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes we will update the date at the top. Any change that materially affects existing clients will be told to them directly, not just posted here.
