Why Mosthigh Multiservice Is the Best Media Agency in Ghana

Copyright, turnaround, revisions and what a day rate really covers — the four things that decide whether a media agency is good, and where we stand on each.

Why Mosthigh Multiservice Is the Best Media Agency in Ghana

Media is the division where clients get burned most often, and almost always on the same four issues: who owns the images, how long the edit really takes, how many revisions are included, and what the day rate actually covers. A shoot can look wonderful and still leave you unable to use the photos in an ad. So here is our position on each, stated before you book rather than discovered afterwards.

Copyright and usage. You should know, before the camera comes out, what you are allowed to do with the results. Can you run them as paid ads? Put them on a billboard? Use them in three years? Give them to a distributor? Agencies that leave this vague are leaving themselves room to charge again later. We put usage in writing as part of the quote, and full buyouts are available when you want unrestricted rights. If a photographer will not answer this question in writing, assume the answer is one you will not like.

Turnaround. "A few weeks" is not a turnaround time. Our published commitment is a same-day first draft on graphic design, and printing from approved artwork inside same day to day two depending on job size. Photo and video edits are quoted with a delivery date attached to the brief, and that date is part of the agreement rather than an aspiration.

Revisions. Unlimited revisions sound generous and usually mean the price already assumes several rounds you may not need. A defined number, agreed upfront, with a clear rate for anything beyond it, is more honest and almost always cheaper. That is how we quote.

What the day rate covers. This is where quotes stop being comparable. One agency's figure includes lighting, crew, assistants, travel within Accra and the edit; another's is the photographer alone for four hours, with everything else billed after. We supply our own lighting, crew and assistants, and we tell you before you book what travel, equipment rental or studio hire would add. Two quotes are only comparable when both list what is inside them.

The range we actually cover. Photography across portrait, personal branding, headshots, wedding, event, corporate, product and e-commerce. Cinematic videography — adverts, event films, drone. Short-form for reels and TikTok, which is edited to a completely different rhythm than a corporate film and should not be treated as an afterthought. And graphic design: logos, flyers, social creatives and full brand asset kits. One team, in-house, from Accra.

Why being part of a three-division agency changes the output. This is the part competitors cannot easily copy. When the people shooting your product photos are the same people building your online store and running your ads, the shot list is built backwards from where the images will be used. You get the square crop the ad needs, the wide crop the website hero needs, and the vertical the reel needs — from one shoot, planned that way from the start. Media produced in isolation and repurposed later always loses something in the translation, and usually costs more because you shoot twice.

Local conditions are part of the craft. Shooting in Accra means planning around light, traffic, power and the rainy season. We build weather contingency into outdoor bookings rather than treating a downpour as your problem. Our home base is Medie in Greater Accra — Ghana Post GPS GW-0404-4194 — and we travel across Greater Accra, the Eastern Region and the Central Region for shoots, with remote work available anywhere.

Booking and money. Bookings run from the booking section on our home page, or by WhatsApp on 0544 157 166. Quotes come back the same day, priced per brief. Terms are typically 50% upfront and 50% on delivery, Mobile Money or bank transfer, with payment plans on larger projects. Business hours are Monday to Saturday, 8am to 7pm; Sunday is remote work only, or on-site work booked at least three weeks ahead.

So: best media agency in Ghana? What we will commit to is that you will know the copyright terms, the turnaround, the revision count and the full inclusions before you pay a cedi. Compare that against the next three quotes you get.
